HOW IT ALL STARTED

Our roots
to rise.

Bring is a by-women, for-women mentorship platform built on genuine connections, untamed curiosity, and incremental growth. We are founded on the belief that every path is beautifully incomplete—and we only stop evolving when we stop learning.

Founded by Hanna Hepburn, a global tech sales executive who continuously oscillates between mentor and mentee, Bring carves out space for women to connect over shared goals, aspirations, and interests.

In college, Hanna was a double-major with unyielding grit and unmatched work ethic—and yet, she found applicable advice and concrete connections from female mentors few and far between. After entering the workforce in a male-dominated field within a team composed of 75% men, she sought out women-led coaching programs—only to be underwhelmed by repurposed lessons and forced connections.

When she turned to her younger sister and her friends for social media advice—a request immediately reciprocated for questions on resumes and internships—Hanna realized the missing link. Mentorship was never meant to be a one-way street, but a continuous cycle of shared knowledge and wisdom. And a woman’s signature brilliance is not limited to her years of experience or job title, but developed over hard-earned lessons and proven strategies.

Bring is a gathering space for the curious-minded, multifaceted women who believe in building a life as versatile as their interests.

While we’re career-driven, we encourage mentorship across investing, entrepreneurship, property ownership, personal branding, and relationships—or, wherever your next dose of creativity may lead you.

Our values

What keeps us
grounded.

  • Maintain your autonomy

We believe every path is different. There is beauty in authentic connections and meaningful conversations—and it’s up to you in how you choose to nurture those relationships.

  • Honor the work ethic

We love hard work (and are unapologetic about it). Hard work and balance are not mutually exclusive–instead, we encourage rest, breaks, and well-rounded lives.

  • Lower the barrier to entry

Mentorship isn’t just for the privileged few. We encourage affordable sessions that are accessible to anyone—including current students, young professionals, or women navigating transitions.

  • Community over competition

When we build each other up, we all get better. A win for one woman does not require a loss for another. Instead, we believe there’s a seat at the table for all of us.
